Bolognese Pizza (with riced cauliflower base)

Last night, my mother and I made some very delicious Bolognese Pizza. And, instead of making the base from oat bran, we made it from cauliflower, as we found an amazing recipe from MyDukanDiet for it. At first, my mother was a bit sceptical if it could actually work, but we decided to give it a go anyway.

Bolognese Pizza (with riced cauliflower base)
The crust (we made):
2 cups of riced cauliflower
2 eggs
1 ball of low fat Mozzarella cheese
+ a dash of salt, pepper and some minced garlic.

First, we riced the cauliflower. This was something neither my mum or I was familiar with before, so we had to look up how to make it. The link above explains how to do it, but, in brief: chop uncooked cauliflower into smaller chunks and add them to a food processor and grain them into tiny bits. Then microwave the mixture (with a lid on top of it) for 4-5 minutes, but do not add any water to the mixture - you don't need it!
After the cauliflower is done, you need to let it cool off for a while. Chop the Mozzarella into tiny pieces and add to the cauliflower mix. Add 2 eggs, some seasoning, and mix well.
Spread the crust evenly on a pizza pan. Before adding the toppings, put the crust in the oven for 10-15 minutes (at 200C, middle shelf of the oven).
When the crust is cooked, you add the toppings...

Toppings we used:
Tomato pyrée with water and spice
Basil leaves
Ground beef
Yellow & Green pepper slices
Garlic
Mushrooms (for mum's side of the pizza)
+ A little bit of goat's cheese
+ Mixed herbs

When all the toppings are placed on the crust, we cooked the pizza for additional 5 minutes at the top shelf of the oven (just until the goat's cheese melted).
And then... we ate and enjoyed our meal!
